How are providers verified?
Every Parent Care listing is reviewed before it's published, and providers can claim their listing to keep availability and contact details current.
Can I change my check-in frequency later?
Yes — reach out through Contact and we'll adjust your plan or match you with a different provider if needed.
What if my parents live somewhere not listed yet?
Tell us the city when you sign up. We're actively expanding provider coverage and will follow up as soon as we have someone verified nearby.
