    Never Believe these guys.. 1750 flats sold in 2011-12 out of which 600+
    were cancelled. No money for construction and all are false statements. It
    might be a paid advertisement telecasting. No Indian customers to buy flats
    and so there in New Jersey.

    If these are false statements ask them to show their balance sheets or you
    can download from mca.gov.in

    I am a victim of Aliens Space Station-1, my challenges are as follows, sure
    many other customers have similar challenges:
    1. Handover delay by 2 years now, will take another two years, so total
    project duration would be 6 to 7 years
    2. During booking 80% of Super buildup area was the carpet area but now it
    is 60%
    3. Developer asking to pay additional 10 to 20% on top of amount in AOS,
    which was not ethical
    So be cautious…..

    Be careful with this company. Lot of people have become victims in
    Hyderabad and other parts of India, now it is the turn of USA based
    NRI. Believing their lies, I myself became a victim of this propoganda.
